Conceived as a multifunctional and dynamic space, the first Verger store is a window on the city, a place that embraces young creativity in a variety of fields from design, fashion and food through products that successfully combine the research of quality with an innovative graphical language.

Verger is founded by Cristiano and Enrico Verger, sons of Lucia Bosisio, whom in turn is the founder and designer of celebrated cashmere brand Cristiano Fissore. The brothers decide to put their experience into practice in 1998 when they open Creal Srl, with the determination to design their own knitwear collection.

Their passion led them to the research of different methods of work, retrieving traditional artisan methods and combining them with modern techniques. Their experimenting and collaborating with craftsmen and designers from different fields, brought Verger to follow the diverse processes involved in the production of the garments. A great amount of effort and love makes each piece unique.

In 2006 Verger began their collaboration with Carolina Mazzolari and Clotilde De Kersauson, both designers graduated from the prestigious University of the Arts of London. Their experience and diverse knowledge in textile design, print and knitwear fit in perfectly with Verger’s philosophy and sustaining of emerging talents.

Research is in fact the keyword in Verger’s reality, a characteristic that permitted them to build a creative laboratory where ideas, projects and production fuse into one multicultural melting pot.

Kitchen

Verger Kitchen is born with the desire to offer that enticing homemade food we always loved. A simple and  traditional cuisine that embraces the seasons, served with a genuine and modern twist.

We carefully hand-picked all our products, with a special preference towards the companies with a stronger artisanal care-giving during the different steps of their production.

Our dishes wander the rich Italian country from Sicily’s spaghetti trapanesi, to the Venetian pasta e fagioli, without missing our premium meatballs, and the fresh fishes liguria’s style.

The restaurant is open everyday – with the exception of Sunday – for lunch and dinner, from 10 am to 11 pm. Verger Kitchen also offers a full bar ideal for enjoying cocktails and wine, selected with the same regard and attention with which we choose our plates.
